Your visit

A clear five-step process

The first four steps describe the appointment itself. The fifth explains what happens afterward without placing every patient on an automatic schedule.

1. History and Goals

Discuss your health history, current concerns, daily function and what you hope to improve.

2. Examination

Dr. Miller performs the examination procedures appropriate to your presentation, which may include chiropractic, neurologic, orthopedic and functional assessment.

3. Clinical Findings

Your findings are reviewed in the context of the full examination rather than relying on a single test in isolation.

4. Individualized Next Step

Recommendations may include care, reassessment, home guidance, nutrition or referral when appropriate.

5. Follow-Through and Reassessment

Carry out the agreed next step, use any home guidance provided and return for reassessment when appropriate. The goal is clarity and progress—not an automatic schedule of endless visits.
