Start with a complete first visit
One hour to evaluate, explain and treat.
Every new Des Moines patient begins with a $365, one-hour Comprehensive Initial Visit. It includes your history and goals, a functional examination, an explanation of the findings, individualized treatment and time to observe how your body and nervous system respond.
If Dr. Miller determines that the Precision Neuro-Restorative Program is a good clinical fit and you choose to enroll, the completed first visit becomes Visit 1 of the $1,500 program total. The initial visit is included in that total—it is not $365 plus $1,500. You may then have up to five additional visits within 180 days.
If the program is not recommended or you choose not to enroll, the completed first visit remains $365.

$300 per visit
An optional, more in-depth general-health and longevity reassessment after Neuro-Restoration. This is not a starting service or an ordinary focused follow-up, and it is not directly bookable online.

What does the first visit cost?
The completed one-hour first visit is $365 if you do not enroll. If the program is recommended and you choose to enroll, that visit becomes Visit 1 of the $1,500 program total. You do not pay $365 plus another $1,500.
Is this a package of six visits?
No. It is a restoration process with a maximum of six total visits. The program is completed when graduation criteria are met or at the sixth total visit, whichever occurs first.
How quickly are visits scheduled?
Frequency is based on clinical need and response. Care is generally most effective when visits are completed with appropriate consistency rather than spread out unpredictably.
How long do I have to complete the program?
All included visits must occur within 180 days of enrollment. Most patients are expected to complete the active process much sooner.
What if I need more care?
Any recommendation beyond the initial program is made separately, based on current findings and your response. Additional care is not automatically included or required.
Are supplements included?
No. Nutritional assessment and professional recommendations may be included, but products, outside laboratories and third-party costs are purchased separately.
What if the program is not recommended or I choose not to enroll?
The completed first visit remains $365. If you later need focused care for a new problem, flare-up or specific functional concern, the established-patient option is $225 per visit.
What is the difference between the $225 and $300 visits?
The $225 Established Patient Functional Visit is focused, as-needed care. The $300 Precision Longevity Visit is a broader, more in-depth general-health and longevity reassessment after Neuro-Restoration; it is not a starting service or an ordinary follow-up.
Can I finance the $1,500 program total?
Cherry financing may be available, subject to approval. The $1,500 total already includes the completed first visit.
