Rooted in service. Focused on function.
A Northwest Missouri practice built around careful assessment, individualized care and a husband-and-wife partnership committed to helping patients understand the process.
From a Northwest Missouri farm to a life in chiropractic care
Dr. Miller’s journey into chiropractic care began with his own search for relief. Growing up on a farm in Northwest Missouri taught him the value of hard work, practical problem-solving and helping the people around him.
After a car accident left him in pain, he experienced chiropractic care firsthand. That experience helped shape a professional path centered on understanding how the body functions and helping patients pursue meaningful, measurable progress.
Today, his clinical interests include Diagnostic Manual Muscle Testing, including Applied Kinesiology Diagnostic Muscle Testing®, along with chiropractic assessment, neurology, nutrition and individualized functional care.

Dylan and Chelsea built this practice together
Dr. Dylan Miller is the public-facing brand and clinical leader. Chelsea Miller is the operations leader whose work turns the clinical vision into a patient experience that is organized, welcoming and connected.
The name may be Dylan’s; the practice is unmistakably theirs
Chelsea is Dylan’s wife, partner and Operations Manager. She leads the day-to-day office work that patients depend on: scheduling, communication, coordination, follow-up and the countless details that make care feel personal instead of transactional.
She also does a tremendous amount of the practice’s social-media and outreach work, helping translate health information into messages patients and families can use. Her nursing background adds another layer of understanding to those conversations.
Chelsea is not a supporting footnote to the Dr. Dylan Miller story. She is one of the people who makes the story possible.
Chelsea keeps daily systems, staff needs and the two-location workflow moving with consistency.
She helps people reach the right office, understand next steps and feel known from the first contact through follow-up.
She shapes much of the communication that keeps patients informed and connects the practice with the people it serves.
Different roles, one shared purpose
Dr. Dylan Miller
Dr. Miller earned a B.S. in Agricultural Business from Northwest Missouri State University and his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Logan University College of Chiropractic. He was named to the Dean’s List during chiropractic school and continued advanced study in Professional Applied Kinesiology, manual muscle testing, acupuncture, neurology and nutrition.
Chelsea Miller
Operations Manager
With a nursing background, an instinct for organization and a genuine care for people, Chelsea leads the office systems that connect patients with Dr. Miller’s care.
She manages scheduling and patient communication, supports the practice’s social-media presence, helps coordinate follow-up and brings warmth to the details patients often remember most.
Together, Dylan and Chelsea are building a practice that reflects their family values, faith and commitment to serving both Northwest Missouri and Des Moines.
See the details without losing the whole person
Dr. Miller’s approach connects orthopedic and neurological assessment, Diagnostic Manual Muscle Testing, chiropractic care, nutritional considerations and the patient’s own goals. The purpose is to establish a clear baseline, deliver focused care and reassess what changes.
That approach is available through two distinct clinic pathways: personalized hometown care in Grant City and the structured Precision Neuro-Restorative Program in Des Moines.
