Personalized Care for Lower Back Pain

Persistent lower back pain can interfere with daily activities, work, sleep, and overall quality of life. Dr. Miller takes time to understand how the problem is affecting you, then evaluates relevant joint, muscle, movement, and neurologic findings to develop an individualized care approach. The goal is to address the clinical and functional factors identified during your examination and help you move more comfortably.

Address Lower Back Pain

Care is tailored to your examination findings and may help address mechanical and functional contributors to discomfort while supporting more comfortable movement.

Support Mobility

When joint, muscle, or movement restrictions are present, individualized care may help improve mobility and make everyday activity more comfortable.

Whole-Person Perspective

Dr. Miller looks beyond the painful area, considering relevant movement patterns, daily demands, nutrition, stress, and ergonomics when they may be contributing to the clinical picture.

Support Ongoing Function

Reassessment, practical guidance, and care based on changing needs can support continued activity and help patients understand how to manage future flare-ups.

What Our Patients Say

Individual experiences vary. Testimonials describe personal experiences and do not guarantee results.

“Dr. Miller used gentle pressure on my arms, legs, and torso during the tests. With just a thumper and a slight adjustment on the table, I walked out with no leg pain, and surprisingly, other areas were calm and pain-free too. It was amazing!”

Bill D.

“I’m amazed at how well I feel when I leave the office! He works on all areas of concern and then some. His technique with applied kinesiology is something to experience.”

How Chiropractic Adjustments Work

Chiropractic adjustments use controlled, specific forces to areas of restricted joint motion, with goals such as improving movement and comfort. When appropriate, Dr. Miller also uses Diagnostic Manual Muscle Testing as one part of a broader history and examination to compare muscle function, identify functional patterns, and guide treatment. These findings are interpreted together with the full clinical picture rather than as stand-alone proof of disease or a guaranteed outcome. This holistic, individualized approach helps tailor care to each patient’s needs and response.
