Over the years, it has become clear that many people have misinformed ideas on how the reproductive system operates. For example, a female will typically ovulate 14 days after the start (first day of bleeding) of their menstrual cycle. There is a relatively short window of time (roughly 24 hour window) where a woman can become pregnant during ovulation when the active egg is present. With that being said, sperm can live for a few days inside of a female. A female can technically become pregnant for 2-3 days in either direction of ovulation. To be fair, assume a 6 day window around that time.
Each female is different and cycle length and ovulation may vary. The standard "by the book" cycle is 27 days in length with ovulation occurring on day 14.
One of the simplest, at home methods for measuring female ovulation is an Axillary (Armpit Thermometer) Temperature #ad taken upon waking, while still in bed. The day ovulation occurs, the axillary temperature will rise slightly compared to other days. This method takes consistency, charting, and attention in order to be useful and accurate.
Do not rise from bed, take covers off, go to bathroom, watch tv or anything else before taking axillary temperature. Have thermometer next to bed ready to go and take axillary temperature as soon as she awakes. The previous temperature readings will create consistency, then the day of ovulation (around 14 days after the start of menses) the temperature will spike slightly higher than the previous days which indicates ovulation has occurred.
Birth control medications are well known for using up the body's vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) supply. Supplementing Vitamin B6 may be a good idea while taking these medications.
Stay informed and stay safe. All infections can be treated and controlled, many are curable. The quicker you get tested and treated, the better the outcome will be. Condoms #ad are the safest method for both male and female protection.
Biblically speaking, we are supposed to abstain from sexual partners before marriage. After many years of study, I finally found reasoning for this. Our spirit is God's which is completely sealed and nothing can touch it, however, our soul is where Satan can gain access to us and torment us. Sexual partners can also be called "soul ties" which can allow access to that person's other "soul ties" or family issues etc. A broken heart or shattered soul are considered to be the same thing, therefore, we should guard them well.
