If you have to pick just one type of exercise use Aerobic as your goal. This means you perform 30 solid minutes of exercise at your target heart rate.
Aerobic exercise promotes fat burning, helps blood sugar, and promotes overall general health. The type of exercise does not matter, the most important component is maintaining a consistent heart rate for 30 minutes (you will have to work up to this).
Target Heart Rate = 180 - (your age)
As and example, someone 60 years old would want to maintain a heart rate of 120 beats/minute for 30 solid minutes. Your HR zone would be 115-120 max (more is not better).
Any heart rate monitor will do, however, the most accurate types of monitors have historically had a chest strap #ad. Newly available finger rings, watches, and ear bud monitors may also be accurate. If you choose not to exercise, then you must get regular massages to help flush your body and lymphatic toxins. Muscles move lymph.
Always try to breath your nose! Inhale and exhale through your nose when you aren't talking. We are given two ears and one mouth for a reason. Our nostrils are natural ionizers for our body, which is why one nostril naturally closes off from time to time. This breathing will take much effort and time to perfect, however, you will be healthier for it. #ad

Music is one of the most healing elements we can harness. Listening to Baroque Classical Music will raise your consciousness, increase healing frequencies, and health. I like to listen to listen to Baroque while performing the 5 Rites, also while Grounding.
Be grateful, find 3 things to be grateful for each day and one small new observation/lesson about yourself each day. Appreciate yourself, reach out to someone you have a little resistance to each day. Anytime you meet resistance say "X means peace, power, and plenty to me right now" to turn negatives into positives in your subconscious mind. Also try, "I am so happy and grateful now, that I want....."
Basements or sidewalks can be used for grounding as long as there isn't a liner/barrier between the earth and the concrete, which most builds do not have. As long as one piece of skin, toe, or finger is touching the ground/grass/dirt/water/concrete you are grounded! #ad

Ground while you exercise, read, watch tv, or even sleep. I purchased an Aluminum Block (1/2"x4"x12"), placed it on the basement floor, then connected conductive Speaker Wire to the now grounded block of aluminum. (use: "Lay-in Connecter" to hook wire to aluminum block). Now I can ground anywhere in my building by clipping my Grounding Bracelet to the grounding wires running from the basement floor.
Note: may need to drill small pilot hole in aluminum block before screwing lay-in connector to block.

5 Rites to stimulate youthful healing and vigor. Ideally build up to 21 reps of each Rite, over 10 weeks. Start with 3 reps of each Rite 1st week, 5 reps 2nd week, 7 reps 3rd week, increasing by 3 reps each week till 21 reps are reached in week 10 and beyond. I like to do 11 reps in the morning and 10 each night to get my full 21 reps in each day.
